It wasn't a perfect place but the owner obviously cares about the property and the guests. Based on price it was more than expected. 10 minutes from Mosquito State Park and close to many great eateries. This place is in the middle of a nice quiet neighborhood.... "We visited for 2 nights for a baseball tournament at the Field of Dreams. The kids loved the backyard to play in and the space they had to spread out.
