"Excellent stay. This place has got everything a family needs and location is great. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the harbour which is a lively place to eat, drink, swim and shop. There’s plenty of archeological sites to see within walking distance too, but if you’re going to either the water park or tombs of kings I’d recommend booking a taxi, as we walked and found both a bit too much in the heat. "We were a group of 7 who booked to stay at Villa Shelby in the October half term. We had a fantastic time. Villa Shelby is beautiful. It’s location is great, I feel you would benefit a car but we didn’t use the public transport so wouldn’t know the accessibility of buses etc. The Villa is spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. It had everything to make the stay home from home. The pool area was a lovely addition. There is a great outdoor seating area and BBQ which made for great evenings...

The villa is on a fairly busy road and could be quite noisy with frequent bus service and also buggy/quad bike excursions passing through daily. A bottle of milk would have been appreciated in the fridge on arrival."

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at Polis Gardens, and had a great holiday experience. The apartment was clean with the complex gardens and patio area well kept. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ and relaxing on an evening. The location is situated in a quiet part of town, though a hire car is recommended to visit the beach and other nearby villages, yet it’s just a 15/18 minute walk to polis for bars and restaurants. "Lovely house, very adequate, quite setting within 15 mins walking distance to harbour, beach, restaurants and 20/25 minutes to Mall and large supermarket but local buses can be caught to two bus station depending were your going, we did Coral Bay, old town and Polis by local bus and we also did open top sight seeing bus, very enjoyable and would return "

"Pretty good hotel but some of the rooms have a really boring and poor view to plants and a wall or a parking lot. My room was a view to parking and there were a few things that should be fixed like the glass wall in bathroom was lose and the roof above shower was almost looking moldy. Worse thing is that the floor in the shower is not shower tiles/stones and it was REALLY slippery and i fell on my ass twice when showering. It is close to city centre and the water, in an area with noise but not too bad. Room had great aircon "

"Det var overordnet set et godt ophold og som forventet. Det var rene og pæne værelser, stort udvalg af morgenmad, godt og stort poolområde. Dog synes vi ikke, at maden var særlig høj kvalitet, trods der var meget at vælge mellem & der var ikke super god lydisolering på værelserne. "

"Dette sted er ganske enkelt forfærdeligt . Billeder på hjemmesiden taler slet ikke sandt. Stedet er slidt , beskidt og i virkelig dårlig stand. Køleskabet meget beskidt. Badeværelset lugtede. Meget dårligt seng. Her kunne vi under ingen omstændigheder sove. Så vi valgte at forlade stedet. En god og lang tlf. samtale med Hotels.com , resulterede i at Hotels.com hjalp med at finde et andet hotel hvor vi kunne overnatte. Det var super god service . "
