"I really like this property and the staff is always wonderful. My only complaint is that they have discontinued their afternoon cookies, free parking, and self-pour half and half at breakfast. Those small touches have always made it a little more special. This my fifth stay and I was sad to see the changes. I always choose Hilton as a Hilton honors member, and it is discouraging when amenities are downgraded."

"We needed a last-minute hotel stay. My husband was scheduled for day surgery at UNC. Late the day before we were informed he had to check in at the hospital at 5:30 am. Being that we live over 50 miles away, we needed to quickly find an overnight hotel stay. Based on reviews and the closeness of this hotel to UNC Hospitals, we booked with Holiday Inn Express Chapel Hill by IHG. Everything was perfect for our needs. Close to the hospital, a reasonable room fee, clean rooms, and friendly staff....

"The suites were very spacious with a full kitchen. The breakfast was very nice. I very much enjoyed the outdoor pool, but the water needed to be skimmed or have a net available for people to skim out bugs themselves. The hotel was clean, but minor updates of peeling wallpaper at the baseboards would be ideal. This hotel was priced very affordable for what you got. "

"I stayed at this EconoLodge because we were visiting a friend at UNC Chapel Hill Hospital. We were greeted promptly and with courtesy. I got our keys and went to out rooms. Both rooms were very clean. They were professionally done; by that I mean the beds were made, floors swept and mopped, all surfaces cleaned, sink cleaned, bathroom cleaned, with the toilet and tub sparkling. "Billederne lyver. Regnede med at vi havde bestilt et hotel spa da det fremgår tydeligt af billederne.
Fik tildelt et værelse der sket ikke var gjordt rent. Havde bestilt overnatning til 5 og der står 2 “dobbelt senge” vil nærmere kalde dem trekvart senge, så vi måtte ud og købe en luftmadres. Der var kun håndklæder til 2 personer så man måtte ned i receptionen for at hente flere. Værelset var meget nedslidt "
