Pip's Place-10 Mins to Sugarloaf

Perfect base camp for exploring northwestern Maine! Pip's Place is a clean and charming, newly refinished 900 sq ft cabin located in a humble woodsy village just outside Stratton/Eustis where you will find gas, bars/restaurants, + grocery stores. Connect to ATV and snowmobile trails right out the driveway! You can be at Sugarloaf, the AT, or Flagstaff Lake in 10 minutes or less. Saddleback and the Rangeley Lakes are 1/2 hour away. All the amenities you need while still keeping it cabin-y!
The space
The cabin is open concept on first floor-living/dining area is open to kitchen area which is great for hanging out together. The bathroom is off the kitchen and has a brand new shower stall. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and there is a white noise machine in each one. The two smaller bedrooms each have queen beds plus one has a crib. The larger bedroom has a king size bed. All mattresses are brand new and high quality, all beds have real goose down comforters. Sheets and towels provided. The cabin has been freshly painted, floors downstairs refinished, new kitchen with DISHWASHER, full size refrigerator, and 5 burner gas stove. There is a drip coffee maker and coffee grinder here as well as a french press. We spend a lot of time here ourselves and consider it to have everything we need while keeping it simple. We do not have cable but we do have fast wifi and a smart tv to access your apps. We are pet friendly to responsible pet owners. We love pets so please, please, please clean up after yours inside and out and keep them off furniture so that we can continue to allow them for all of our guests. Our plowing service will clear the driveway when we have 5+ inches of snowfall. Shovels and ice melt are provided to clear the entrance and deck as needed. Guests have access to the entire cabin except for locked closets where we store personal items.
Other things to note
This is a c a b i n . Expect rustic cozy charm, a small staircase, and slanted/low ceilings on the second floor! Please watch your head. First floor has normal height ceilings but the upstairs is low. The cabin is family friendly but we do not provide baby gates. Please keep pets off of furniture and clean up after them inside and out.

You are welcome to use anything you find in the kitchen but we cannot guarantee pantry items (including coffee) -so please plan to bring anything you’ll need or check the cabin and purchase as needed at one of several grocery stores in the area.
