"Being less than 10 mins walk from the train station, Martha’s b&b was perfect for what I needed. The house is set in a quiet road, near to eating places and less than 15 mins walk to the shops. The bed was very comfy, breakfast plentiful, and parking easy. Martha herself is kind, understanding and generous - allowing me to keep my suitcase in the house for the day whilst I explored nearby Warwick. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself back in Leamington Spa. Top tip: if you go...

"The dark haired gentleman that served us was wonderful at his job. He was kind and laughed as we arrived from a late train to quickly change outfits in the toilets and run off to not miss our show with promise to return and check in properly. He took it in stride and when we returned hours later he had sorted our bags and welcomed us with joy. We had a wonderful dinner, drinks and dessert before tucking in our cozy, clean and safe home for the night with his assurance that should anything go...

"I had a really lovely stay at Victoria Park Lodge; my room was very clean and had all the conveniences you would expect in a hotel such as shower gel, soap, tea, coffee, comfortable bed etc. The staff were really friendly, helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble! The food for breakfast was delicious. The hotel is within ten minutes walk of Leamington town centre so it's very convenient and it was easy to park at the hotel. I would highly recommend this lovely, friendly hotel!!"
