"Very friendly and central to the areas we wanted to vist"

"Absolutely Not 5 star, should be 3 star at best. I only book 5 star and have never been disappointed in Italy, regardless of staying in small towns like Bolsena. Overall Under staffed, at least for 5 star. The single pool staff person would leave for hours at a time each day, leaving you unable to get drinks or food. The Included Breakfast was pretty typical for Italian hotels, the serving staff also makes the omelettes. So no coffee or service if someone orders bacon and eggs. Also the food...

"Excellent location and a beautiful, newly renovated apartment with modern amenities. The daily room service was an added bonus! The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this place!"

"What a wonderful experience. We rolled into Bolsena on a whim in a Friday evening in April. The place we’d booked online was closed! So we found Casa di Agatha online and made a reservation. When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in. The rooms are in a very old and beautifully preserved building. Each are thoughtfully decorated with antiques and hand painted ceilings. The bathrooms are lovely with modern provisions, but also elegantly...

"Well the Hotel was closed. I had to look it up on the website, find a phone number and call the owner. She could tell me the hotel was closed for winter but she had an other hotel in town called Hotel Platani Bolsena. We chose the first hotel to sit on the balcony with a drink overlooking the lake in the sunset. The sun went down and we ended up in ordinary rooms at a doll hotel with veer bad breakfast. The cheapest juice you can get etc. did they compensate in any way? They offered a bottle of...

"Amazing experience. Loved the service and all the small details that made our stay truly wonderful. "

"Average facilities but Amazing view"

"We've had a very good experience with this stay. The property is located in an open environment with a stunning surrounding view. Sleeping in a 1300 years old, stone room was definitely a rare opportunity. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this to friends."

"Lots of personality."

"Your home away from home! The staff was so helpful ❤️ Great breakfast, nice surroundings, super clean and great location. Just book it!"
