Took us 35 min to check in.and we had to show payment slips and hotels own confirmation email. This hotel have absolutely no idea how to run a hotel or door understand hospitality. Ac broken in upper level. They didn't even try to fix it. Terrible stay. Took 80 dirham per night for tourist visa when it should be 10 dirhams per night."
