Quel dommage !"

"Still in the process of building so can be a little noisy, our aircon didn’t work and neither did the hairdryer or some lights. When we informed the staff they just made a note, it didn’t get fixed and we didn’t get moved. It didn’t bother us too much but would have been nice if they had sorted it out. Good amenities in the main complex, food was lovely. Pools were clean and the beach part was great as they had foam parties and food festivals. Staff were friendly, all in all it was ok."

"My stay here was very, very good, and I really enjoyed my time at the resort. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Communication was always quick and efficient, and whenever I had a question or needed anything or had an issue, they were happy to help. The beach is absolutely beautiful and was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location is also very convenient, with shops, restaurants and other places to eat within easy reach, which made it...

"Struttura bellissima !

"Here’s a version under the 1,500-character limit: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Avoid this hotel. Our stay at El Karma Hotel completely ruined what should have been a relaxing holiday. From the day we arrived, our room had a constant leak, leaving the floor wet throughout our stay. My daughter even slipped because of it. We also experienced repeated power cuts, leaving us without electricity or air conditioning in the Egyptian heat. These issues were reported several times but were never properly...

"Best service ever!"

"The bed was fairly soft. The fridge worked very well. The 2 x AC units also worked very well which was necessary for the hot July evening I stayed there. It looks a bit better than it is. The kitchen appeared to be quite good but there were hardly any dinnerware to eat with or from. The kitchen faucet barely worked. No soap to clean the dirty dishes that were there. Had to hunt to find the towels. The communication wasn’t that great and they never told me the address. It was a guessing game...
