It was promised that it would be fixed the next day as the problem was found. That did not happen and absolutely no compensation of any kind were offered. "very nice historical hotel, in a anciant part of the town, very nice, easy to get to nice swimming. Only thing, rooms could be modern as the hotel and not antique look a like style."

"Me and my son stayed there for 6 days and I think they cleaned our room one time. Rude staff even when I asked for fresh towels. They took double payment for the last two days and promised to refound the money but now I’ve been home for a week and have seen nothing yet."
