"My family & I stayed at this resort last year, it was amazing. It’s why we returned. Big mistake! Not sure what happened, but I can say I will not be back. It started w/ our room, which let’s just say, I had to complain & the manager was nice enough to give me an upgrade, so that was a positive. "I loved the resort and it's amenities. The only issue I think would really help this resort is changing the staff. The customer service there was ready to be argumentative. The drinks were never served in a timely manner. I would get my drink instead of waiting for them to bring me my drink, because I would finish my entire meal before they would bring me a drink. Great resort the only issue is the staff there."
