The whole manor/inn ambience was homey and beautifully decorated for Christmas.
Senior guests should be informed that one needs to climb up some short flight of stairs to the bathroom in the Burgundy room. Otherwise, the accommodations were fine and comfotable."

"It was like staying in a fairy tale castle. The place is spotless, with great spacios rooms and immaculately designed common areas. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and really helpful. Idyllic views and tasty breakfast. Highly recommend!"

"We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, staying in the Peacock Room. The house is gorgeous with beautiful things to look at and sumptuous nooks to pause in. We had a some time to walk around in the morning and enjoy the peaceful grounds as well. Our hostess was so kind, and the breakfast was an epic and auspicious way to start the day.
Just a few minutes away, we ate dinner at Train to Mumbai - such good food we ordered dishes to take away and enjoy further along our travel.

"The staff was excellent, very kind. The coffee was fantastic, and breakfast had a nice balance of items. The extra touches such as cookies in the room and text communication made us feel welcome and cared for while giving us the privacy and rest we needed. We hope to be back soon!"
