"I had a fantastic stay. The gent who owns the property was friendly and welcoming. And made sure that everything was ok a few times during my 2 night stay. A delicious breakfast. Perfectly situated for exploring the area and a bit further beyond being just off the A303. Lovely country environment. Definitely recommend and definitely going back. "

"A very nice small hotel full of character and in a beautiful setting and convenient to lyme regis. See and countryside views from the room. Lovely gardens. Friendly owners and staff went out of their way to make sure we had eventing we needed... the owners checked in with us at breakfast each morning. The 3 course table service breakfast was selectable from a menu. Classy but not pretentious. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Durham House Hotel. Communication was great from the moment it was booked to the arrival day. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, car park, places to eat and drink.
The hosts are friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with large soft towels provided. Lovely choice for breakfast, good quality food and nicely cooked."

"First time booking and I am really looking forward to book again. The room is really comfortable and I was welcomed with a great cinnamon bun. Breakfast is great, with wonderful pastry. The atmosphere is friendly and the hosts are really lovely and make you feel at home immediately. I will book again for sure!"

"Absolutely lovely little B&B. We stayed in the green room and the space was clear and plentiful. The food was amazing and we were greeted with fresh cinnamon buns on the day that we arrived. Breakfast was super tasty and everyone was so friendly.
The only downside would be if you're a light sleeper you will hear other people in the morning but it wasn't a big deal for us, we're planning to head back for another long weekend in August so would HIGHLY recommend. "
