"Scarborough Hill Country Inn is a a gem! We were pleased to be offered a room upgrade when we arrived as we had initially booked a small double room and a larger room was available. We were very happy with the room offered - bright, airy, thoughtfully furnished and extremely clean. An extensive range of teas, coffee and hot chocolate were provided in the room along with complementary water. The restaurant was busy, however staff were attentive, nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars for the food...

"Lovely old building and themed rooms. We were allocated the China room as we told the hotel ahead of time we were celebrating our Sapphire wedding anniversary so it was lovely that it was all blue. "Great location in wells, ample parking outside the pub. Excellent and helpful staff. Clean and cool room (great air conditioning in this weather).. There was a pub quiz in the evening, great food, and the breakfast was wholesome and hearty’ The only issue was the smell from the bathroom (likely the sewage)."
