"It was very cute,comfortable beds, and the location to everything in town was perfect. We never used the car the entire time we were there. The stairs could be a problem for older people, but us 55-70 year olds had no trouble 😊"

"Our room was newly and handsomely renovated with a very comfortable bed and nice amenities. Our particular room was quite small (had to open suitcase on top of the bed) but I’m told they have other larger rooms. Restaurant downstairs is superb for dinner. No front desk; electronic check-in, but owners were responsive online."

"We were not anticipating staying on Madeline Island, but we are so glad we did! This location was perfect, right downtown easy to walk to all the shops and beautiful views for coffee in the morning or wine at night. Super clean, check in and check out were super easy and it was great having easy parking! "

"I recently stayed at the Spirit Lodge with three of my children (18,15,13) and we all had a fantastic time. The location was perfect as we were able to bike to the Town Park for beach time and canoeing. We were also able to explore the State Park as it was just a short drive away. The lodge was exceptionally clean and had all the necessary amenities. We will definitely be back in the future!"
