We booked this hotel on our phone on the road as we were not sure how far we would be driving on the day.
Didn’t notice the $75 pet fee or would have booked a different hotel. We spent the previous three nights in a 5 star and then a 3 star hotel and the pet fee was much more reasonable.
The front desk person initially told me the fee was $125 and that she would discount it to $75. Their website states $75 so I’m not sure where the $125 came in.
She never made eye contact and wasn’t pleasant to deal with. Not a great start.
The room was tiny, no coffee maker but you could go to the lobby anytime for coffee. Not ideal in your pyjamas. Sometimes you just want coffee in your room before you face the world.
All in all I found this a very disappointing experience and not representative of the Hilton brand.
Would not choose this brand again.
