"It was comfortable and had a very nice breakfast buffet. The only problem we had was at the pool in the evening. There was a large group of you kids unattended. They were jumping, wrestling and yelling and Screaming,plus throwing their pool toys everywhere. They took over half the pool."

"This is my favorite hotel in Branson. I've been here twice with my family for my kids' dance competitions. Both were at The Mansion, which is next door and an easy walk from the hotel. "The Retro was a nice place to stay. The only thing I would change would be to have another trash can under the table and put down something in the bottom of the tub. The bottom of the tub was very slick when trying to shower. It would have been nice to have some fruit and protein for breakfast. We had to go buy breakfast to get anything healthy. Overall was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"This seems to be an older property but is still in good shape. No issues with cleanliness and no bugs of any kind seen (and I’m that traveler that always checks the mattresses first thing). Yes the carpet may be faded and stained in spots, but that is likely an indication of heavy use over time by multiple guests. The cobbler and ice cream at night were a nice surprise! "I absolutely loved this hotel. It was very clean. Most hotels at this age/price tend to have some mold around the outside corners of the shower by the bathroom door. None of that here. Everything felt very clean in the room as well as the breakfast area. The sweet woman who worked in the breakfast area was so very kind and helpful! "We have stayed at other places and always come back to Comfort Inn. We love the comfort inn"

"Tried to check in at 330 and was told the room was still being cleaned. Had two rooms. The sink didn't drain in one room and there were dead bugs in the bathroom. The second room one bed had what appeared to be sand or crumbs in it. The beds were hard and had humps in the middle. Also there were about seventeen or better persons out on the patio till well after midnight screaming and being very loud. The breakfast was good."

"The room looked like it had recently been remodeled, and was clean. They don't do breakfast anymore, but they had a coffee station. Pool was not open while I was there not sure why. Motel was very close to restaurants and not far from the main strip."

"There was a softball tournament while we were there and the kids and parents were so rude, blocking walkways, running outside the rooms knocking on doors. Management did nothing. It rained and water came in our room under the door, carpet was filthy."

"They gave me a dirty room at first I told them about it and they changed it. The room they changed me to had a tick in it that bit me. Thankfully I didn't get anything from the bite. Was told they were going to fill up the pool but didn't till the day I left, almost two weeks later. And when I left I gave my keys to the maintenance guy because there was no one at the check out desk. The maintenance guy said they wouldn't be there till 8am. It was 6am when I left because I had a 8+ hour trip....
