"This house is an older and rustic, but the vibe is fantastic! Rooms were well kept and stocked with the necessities. Very quiet and peaceful even though it is a very short walking distance from downtown Sioux Falls (5 to 8 walk depending on what you wanted to do). Shops, Food, Bars, and Entertainment was super convenient to get to. Check in and out was very simple. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay there again."
"We came to visit our college kids at USD and this was the perfect place to stay! It was clean, there was plenty of room and Shawna supplied everything we needed. We spent lots of time exploring the woods and trails behind the property before the snow hit on Sunday. Once the cold weather arrived, we stayed in and played cards and cooked meals - it was warm, cozy and family friendly. We’ll definitely stay there again!"
