Overall, the place was okay, but it could really use a deep clean from top to bottom. There was a faint smell of mold and cigarette smoke, and unfortunately, the strong smoke odor from the stairwell also made its way into the apartment. "Great property in the heart of town! Would recommend to family and friends. We did have trouble getting in and couldn't contact the owners but after some time managed to get in (the issue was an internet issue making it difficult for us to log on to get the code for keys). It was clean and tidy. "

"Was there for 5 nights in October. Still very warm, air worked great. Spacious and tasteful decor. While I don’t cook while in Italy, there were dishes, fridge and counter/chairs for snacks, wine and contemplation … Can I live here forever? "My group consisted of myself and my two adult daughters. We loved staying in this house. The location is perfect, very central to everything in Ortigia. The beds were comfortable and the AC was top notch. The only thing that this rental is lacking is a general area to be together, unless you want to sit at the kitchen table. But it’s still 5 stars for us!"

"Just arrived from a wonderful time in Giuseppes apartment. Two family's - six persons, and the apartment was perfect for us. Very well equipped and surprisingly Giuseppe had stocked the frigde with all sorts of beverages. Small packages with nutella, good coffee, and asorted jams were also left for us to indulge.
