"They really pushed their Paladium Club, and we unfortunately ended up spending 2½ hours of our holiday listening to 4 different sales people trying with all sorts of tricks to make us spend 8000 USD right there on the spot.
That really left us with a bad taste in our mouth, imagine they spend our holiday time trying to sell us a Club membership.
Likewise with the hotel hires personel that tried to sell us trips (especially diving and snorkling): The guys only salary is the commision they get...

"Rafael, our butler is amazing. He has made the stay so welcomed and got us taken care at all aspects. We would like to come back again in April to see Rafael and enjoy the stay again. My daughter cried and said she misses Rafael. "
