"We will definitely be coming back! We had such an amazing time. The staff was incredible, the hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful, and it’s extremely family friendly. I had the best time enjoying the water parks with my niece, nephew, and baby there was truly something for everyone.
The only area I think could use some improvement is the buffet food. It wasn’t bad, but it was a bit hit or miss depending on the day. We unfortunately didn’t plan ahead enough for the specialty restaurant...

"This resort is absolutely beautiful. Most of the staff were very helpful and kind. The pools tiles are falling off. The soda was so disgusting. Not sure if anything can be done. But otherwise everything else was great."

"The property is beautiful and massive. The pools are spotless and our room was among the best I’ve stayed in. The staff was professional and friendly. We were in the preferred section but only heard from our butler once-no biggie. We didn’t need him.
The food was adequate-typical of resorts. We were there in early May and it was quiet so only a few restaurants were open each night. It was fine.
The biggest disappointment was the beach. There were mounds of seaweed two feet high by the...
