The cosy yet stylish atmosphere makes it easy to unwind and feel at home.

    Kitchen & Dining Area – Bright & Fully Equipped:

    The bright, modern kitchen looks out onto the garden and is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. You’ll find a full range of appliances, cookware and utensils, along with a Nespresso coffee machine.
    A dining area for four guests sits within the kitchen, making it a great space for shared meals.

    To help you settle in, we provide a welcome basket of amenities, including a carton of milk, so you can enjoy a coffee straight away on arrival.

    Guests have full, private access to the entire house throughout their stay. You will have exclusive use of both bedrooms, the modern bathroom, the downstairs WC, the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, the stylish living room, and the fully fenced private garden accessed via French doors from the kitchen.

    The property is set over two floors. The main living spaces, kitchen, dining area, and WC are located on the ground floor, with both bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs.

    Guests also have access to free private driveway parking, with space for two small cars or one larger vehicle. Additional free parking is available nearby if required.

    As Raploch Road is a main route through the area, it can be busier during peak rush-hour times, and some road noise may be heard during parts of the day. The house is fitted with double-glazed windows, which help to reduce external noise and maintain a comfortable indoor environment.

    Stirling is rich in history and scenery, and the surrounding area offers views towards Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument and the rolling Ochil Hills, all iconic features of the city.
