In front of one of the most enchanting beaches of Northern Sardinia, the “La Pelosa beach” in Stintino, Villa Linayre offers a daily spectacle that only this naturalistic pearl, with its turquoise colors and the unmistakable shades of blue can offer.
The famous Aragonese tower stands out on the white beach, which is very close to the Villa.

The exterior of the villa features a large garden of 1,000 m2; a splendid private infinity pool with outdoor shower and solarium area; spacious terraces; barbecue area; a reserved parking with 4 parking slots, which is connected directly to the beach by a private road.

The property is a unique oasis of tranquillity, which guarantees the privacy of our guests.

The villa is eco-friendly, thanks to solar energy.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
From the charming terrace, where you can dine and admire the wonderful island of Asinara, you enter the villa through a large window-door, which makes the living area an aesthetically pleasing and bright space.

The main building of this enchanting villa in Stintino, Sardinia, ideal for 5/6 guests, is equipped with all comforts. It has a total of 3 bedrooms: one double with private bathroom with a large shower, one bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a queen-size bed; two further bathrooms (one in the sleeping area, one in the living area). There is also a functional equipped kitchen, a living area with two sofas and a fireplace and a dining area.

Air conditioning and wi-fi network are available to our guests.

This exclusive villa can accommodate up to 12 guests, thanks to the dependance, in which there is a large double bedroom with private bathroom; a second large bedroom with double bed and single bed and another private bathroom; a spacious living area, which includes a functional island kitchen and dining counter.


NOTE:
- The cost of the Villa varies according to the number of guests. In fact, from the 7th guest onwards there will be an extra charge of € 76,00 per day.
The dependance can be annexed to the villa if there are more than 6 guests, in case you wish to rent it independently from the number the cost is euro 150,00 per day.

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.


Note: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer fee

Please note: the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool are subject to changes depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions, and approval by the property owners.
