With its spacious external areas—one furnished with a dining area, barbecue and wooden pergola, and the other featuring a relaxation area with sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower—this apartment is ideal for enjoying peaceful and relaxing days outdoors.

The apartment is located in the quiet Tanca Manna, just a 10-minute walk from Stintino, and is designed to offer a comfortable stay for couples, families or small groups of friends.

The interiors are bright and carefully furnished, with light colours and sea-inspired details. The living area combines the lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen in one open-plan space. Here, guests will find a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and everything needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner independently.

The sleeping area includes two welcoming double bedrooms, functionally furnished to ensure a restful stay. The modern, well-organised bathroom is complete with a shower.


Outdoor Areas & Surroundings
The true heart of the house is its large private outdoor space. A covered area features a spacious dining area, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors on summer days. Guests also have access to a barbecue for pleasant grill evenings. In the second outdoor area, there is a relaxation space with sun loungers and an armchair for soaking up the sun, a parasol, and a practical outdoor shower to cool off after returning from the beach.

The apartment is located in Tanca Manna, a peaceful and conveniently positioned residential area, ideal for guests who wish to stay away from the crowds while still being within easy reach of the sea and the main local services.

The centre of Stintino, with its restaurants, bars, shops and picturesque marina, is just a few minutes away by car. The area’s best-known beaches are also easily accessible, including the famous La Pelosa, renowned for its crystal-clear, shallow waters, and the larger Le Saline beach, set within a beautiful natural landscape.

The location also makes it easy to explore the other coves along the peninsula, spend relaxing days at the beach, enjoy water-based activities or join excursions to Asinara Island. A car is recommended for getting around freely and reaching the area’s different beaches and attractions.


Check-in & Management
A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in. They will be required to enter the details of all guests, sign the tourist rental agreement, pay a €400 security deposit and settle the tourist tax, if applicable. In order to access the property, the procedure must be completed before arrival. The property is professionally managed by a specialized company on behalf of the owner.
