The Villas

The Sea Villas is a complex of villas set on a hill overlooking the sea and offering a breathtaking view, Punta su Torrione, just a few kilometres by car from Stintino. The property features several villas, some with shared swimming pool, some with private swimming pool and others without swimming pool. The apartments can be semi-detached, multi-family or terraced flats. All of them are furnished in a rustic style and are located in well-kept natural environment. In each villa you will find a beach umbrella that you can bring with you to the seaside. Therefore, a car is highly recommended.
Several facilities, run by external providers, are available near the complex: a café, a restaurant, a market, a pharmacy, an ice-cream parlour, an Atm, a laundromat, and some shops (whose opening season is managed by a third provider).
The nearest beach (Spiaggia de Le Saline) is 3 kms from the residential complex, La Pelosa beach is about 10 kms away and the village of Stintino is 7 kms away.
Stintino is characterised by its rather unique and impressive territory: it is, in fact, a land stretching between two seas. The residential complex Sea Villas is perched on a hill overlooking the enchanting "external seaside", the western part of Stintino. The coastline of this side is high and rugged, alternating sandy and pebbly coves. The eastern part, on the contrary, "the internal seaside", situated along the inner part of the gulf, features a low and sheltered shoreline where the renowned and iconic beach of La Pelosa is set: surrounded by the typical Mediterranean bush, the beach is known for its crystalline turquoise waters, its thin white sand and its exceptionally shallow seabed. In front of it, you will see the ruins of the Aragonese tower, built on a small islet at the end of the 16th century. The beach faces the extraordinary Asinara Island (a national park since 1997 and a protected marine area since 2002): an unspoilt and wild Mediterranean hideaway to be explored by boat, by bike, on horseback or off-road.
