"What an amazing hotel in the heart of Oaxaca - we were lucky to stay at Grana for four nights, and were overwhelmed by the positive vibe the hotel and staff had, from the second we entered the hotel. Great breakfast, where you have the possibility to try various local dishes. Rooms are cozy and wonderfully decorated. All in all, an amazing stay!"

"We had an excelllent two night stay. It’s a beautiful small hotel, centrally located, within a short walk to restaurants,shopping, and with a rooftop terrace that has an amazing view of the town. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-decorated. The staff was great and super helpful. The owner Elizabeth introduced herself at the delicious complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch of hospitality. It was a perfect stay in Ajijic and I would highly recommend it to a friend! "

"Hotel is of older date, but very well renovated. Room was spacious and kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful views from the hotel. Due to the low occupancy in the hotel, there are plenty of space around the pool etc, but only 1 of their 3 restaurants are open. 2 major drawbacks; food quality in restaurant is way below average and overpriced for what it is - example a pizza is 400 pesos and quality worse than pizza hut. Secondly the balcony doors are paper thin so you hear the music from the surrounding bars until 5 am in the weekends."
