"The unit was lovely and modern and superficially clean and neat. The furnishings are high quality and the beds were extremely comfortable. Kuda (Manager) was very kind and helpful. Some of the furnishings and balcony really need a good clean. Couch had quite a few stains, Wifi laminate info page was sticky, balcony floor was dirty and dusty and mats need a deep clean. As there are no big windows, except for one by the balcony door, circulation is a little lacking. An aircon / fan for summer...

"This is a great spot if you are attending a concert at Sunbet Arena - only a 5 min (safe) walk from the venue. Restaurants are about a 3 min walk at Times Square.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern. Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly staff on reception. Room was spacious, light and airy with sufficient plates, cutlery, etc and even a washer/dryer.
Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use any of the facilities or to enjoy breakfast as it was just a quick visit. Parking...
