"It was not walking distance to downtown Bristol, but it was not the hotel fault it was who I went thru rooms was clean ,staff was super breakfast was included it was good"

"The employee at the front desk was awesome"

"Very nice place friendly staff enjoyed watching the games in the lobby"

"The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together."

"Check in lady was helpful and very friendly. As soon as we got there the elevator was broke down, stuck on second floor. She was trying her best, running back and forth up the steps to fix it. No luck on that. We were only on the second floor, so not so bad getting up to the room. "Spend a little more and upgrade quality. This was an extended state facility with no dishes/utensils/cups in the room. On the day of checkout, the elevator did not work. The “grab and go” breakfast is nothing but a few sugary/high fructose corn syrup processed wheat flour packaged snacks. Shady looking characters lurking around the back side of property smoking pot. The Front Desk employees were very cordial. I felt sorry that they had to deal with a low quality property."

"Appeared updates have been attempted but not quality. Owner very friendly. Vending machine broken. Ice machine on the second floor. Traffic noise."
