EagleRidge Townhomes 1556 is a newly remodeled, four-bedroom townhouse that will give you a front-row seat to the year-round activities in Steamboat Springs. With new appliances and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, this home provides the perfect setting for family catch-up sessions after long days spent up in the mountains. Enjoy a dining area with a large table, a private deck where you can take in the fresh mountain air, and a comfortable living space with vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. At-home conveniences and sources of entertainment include two flatscreen TVs, two DVD players, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a one-car garage. Within the EagleRidge community, you'll also have access to a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a fitness center, a steam room, massage services, and a winter ski shuttle.

The master bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has a pair of full beds, while the fourth bedroom offers a captain's bunk with an extra-long twin on top and a double bed on the bottom. The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom. There's also a half-bathroom on the main living level.

This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Iron Waffle and Coffee Co., the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Steamboat BrauHaus. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
