This ground level condo makes it easy to come and go, whether you're loading up your gear or heading straight to the hot tub after a day on the mountain. In the warmer months, enjoy hiking and exploring nearby trails. With its peaceful setting and unbeatable location, this condo is a comfortable and convenient home base for year round adventure in Steamboat.

The Property:
Inside, you'll be welcomed by a carefully designed space that blends comfort, function, and mountain charm. The living room is the coziest corner of the home, featuring a wood burning fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes, and a comfy sleeper sofa. A dining table for two provides the ideal spot for casual meals or morning coffee, while the warm, stylish décor and HDTV create a space that feels both comfortable and inviting. Step outside to the private patio, just right for two, where you can soak in the fresh mountain air and quiet, and scenic views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, whether you're preparing a hearty breakfast or a simple après ski snack. With new white cabinetry, sleek stainless steel appliances, and a clean, open layout, this kitchen is as functional as it is attractive. The bedroom is a peaceful retreat, offering a plush king sized bed, a ceiling fan for year round comfort, and a large window that fills the room with natural light. You'll find beautiful hardwood floors throughout the entire condo, adding a touch of warmth and continuity to the space. The bathroom has been tastefully updated with modern tilework and features a spacious walk in shower, perfect for unwinding and washing off the day's adventures.

** Photo update coming in Feb 2026: Since photos were last taken, the property has been sold, and the new homeowners have added a new pullout couch, new chairs, brand new flat screen TV's mounted on the walls, a new kitchen cabinet area for storage, kitchen accessories (including a crockpot and a French press), board games and puzzles for guests, and a new bathroom cabinet for towel/personal item storage along with items for guests to use, including: cotton balls, flossers, feminine products, Q-tips, makeup wipes, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, and additional products. This thoughtful approach to furnishing and equipping the property is a good indication that you're renting from homeowners who care about your experience, and want to earn your repeat business.

Lift Access:
This condo offers true ski in/ski out access via the beginner friendly Right O Way trail, a main groomed run that connects the Thunderhead Express lift to the Gondola. A ski in access trail branches off Right O Way just 100-200 yards above the building, offering nearly flat, easy access right to the development, perfect for beginners and kids! The ski out is equally gentle, and easy enough to walk down if you prefer.

Getting Around Town:
Downtown Steamboat Springs is just 4 miles away, and the ski base area is within walking distance, if you're comfortable walking on snow along a green run.

Shuttle Service:
During ski season, the property offers a free daytime private shuttle to and from the Gondola Transit Center. From there, guests can catch the free city bus to nearly anywhere in Steamboat Springs. For more information or personalized tips, feel free to reach out to our team—we're happy to help!

Arrival, Accessibility, Layout and Parking:
– Once you book, we're here to support you before, during, and after your stay. We will provide you with arrival instructions, local information, and answer any questions you might have.
– Parking: Parking is an outdoor lot. Spaces are not assigned and available free for owners and guests. Trailers are not allowed per HOA rules. If you will have one, please contact us to discuss off site options for overnight parking.
– 4WD vehicle information: The roads to this property are well maintained. However, please note that your route to the area may include a mountain pass. The roads in Steamboat which lead to and from this property are generally easy to navigate and well maintained. When traveling during snow and winter weather conditions, 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive and tires with good tread are recommended.

** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Lengthy Rental Periods, Cancellation Policies, & Cleaning Fees - Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) may be unacceptable under the standard cancellation policies listed online, which are designed to be only for short term rentals. A Security Deposit will be required for all long term rentals, and mid-stay cleaning(s) / inspection(s) may be required.
