The top bunk bed has a weight capacity of 300 lbs, and the bottom bunk supports up to 450 lbs. Additionally, a second full bathroom upstairs and a cozy sitting area with a TV—great for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Getting Around:
Steamboat's Free bus, Purple line, stops 504 and 505 are at this property. To go to town or the mountain a transfer is needed, inform the driver of your goal and they will assist you in the transfer.
Other Things to Note:
This condo is non-smoking and no parties are allowed. Violation of these rules may result in fines.
There is cable TV services on the TV in the Loft, however, there are streaming services available on both loft and living room TVs.
Amenities are controlled by the HOA and may not be available during your stay. The fireplace is available during ski season.
