The ground floor location and private ski locker make suite access and equipment management a breeze. After a full day of world-class Steamboat skiing or hiking, you’re sure to work up an appetite. Entertaining is a breeze with the open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features a new dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and oven! Take advantage of the fully updated kitchen to prepare a delicious meal and enjoy at the extendable dining table for eight. Enjoy quick breakfasts and afternoon snacks at the breakfast bar with seating for four. Get cozy in front of the living room gas fireplace for movie or game night or savor a glass of wine on the private balcony.

When it's time to wrap up an evening, the primary bedroom includes a custom-made king bed and you'll find an en suite bathroom. On the other side of the home, the guest bedroom features a twin bed, a queen bunk, and an updated attached bath with a shower/tub combo.

The Lodge at Steamboat is located in the Mountain Village within yards of the Steamboat Ski Area and Steamboat Ski Mountain, just walking distance from numerous shops and restaurants. Enjoy complimentary winter shuttle service, high-speed WiFi, outdoor hot tubs, and a heated pool. Spend your winters on the slopes shredding fresh powder or hot-weather days lounging beside the pool.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
