The home was clean and the beds were comfy! The house had everything we needed and was a close walk to the gondola that takes you to the base of the mountain. We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

As advertised. Easy check-in and checkout. Felt very secure at the property with the multiple access points, no issues with either. Was perfect for a family of 3, could easily do 4. Loved the mountain access via the Wildhorse gondola, very convenient. Smart TVs in both the bedroom and living area was a plus. Only things I would add to the property are a single cup Keurig and an iron and ironing board, but we made the no fuss iron (dryer) work! Thank you for hosting us and we can’t wait to visit again.
We laughed for hours about the ceiling lamp! Mom probably said “we need a fixture here”, Dad responded “hold my beer”

Frustrating stay with no parking permit at the property and difficulties with the WIFI. Vrbo sent the wrong WiFi password and different checkout instructions. The couch in the photos was not the couch in the unit.

Very nice but could have been excellent w a few changes. The shower controls were not properly installed and do not contol the water pressure. A lot of food was left in the refrigerator and freezer. Master bedroom needs drawer space, blanket, mirror.

Having stayed at this property before, it was as excellent on the return. There are numerous amenities, a spot that has good access to all of the area, and a cozy spot to use as “base”.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay! The condo was great and had everything we needed and more. It was in an excellent location. Just 10 minutes from main street. Great communication from owners. We will definitely stay there again. It was a very relaxing trip!

Wonderful Condo

The condo is very clean and comfy. Resort hot tubs and pool are amazing and close to the condo. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with everything you need. Washer and dryer in the unit is very handy and all laundry supplies are stocked as well. We would have preferred a little softer bed, but that is probably just our preference. Overall had a great time staying at this condo in Steamboat.

We were super comfortable. Appreciate the spacious bathroom. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. Communication was easy and quick. Kitchen is well stocked. We received two sets of check in instructions. The email had errors. The vrbo message was correct. The previous guests kept the parking pass. But we were told it would not be an issue and it wasn’t. Occasionally, we heard sounds from the upstairs neighbor and from the hallway ie door slam, conversation. We could not enjoy the balcony as much as we would’ve liked because mosquitoes were bad. No one to blame…A hair dryer and iron would be appreciated.

Comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay at this well equipped condo. The location is a short walk to the gondola for easy mountain access. The bed and living room furniture was comfy and the kitchen well equipped including some condiments in the fridge and ice in the freezer. I did miss a dining table though.

Quality Condo in a Good Location

This condo was great for my three night stay in Steamboat this Fall. It is located at the bottom of the ski mountain area very close to the gondola which takes you to the ski village. The location was ideal for my hiking and cycling adventures on the ski mountain, and the surrounding area. It is close to many local conveniences, yet two miles from busy downtown Steamboat. The condo is nicely appointed, with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. The leather sofa was well-worn and unsupportive for my lower back issues, so I mostly sat in the leather recliner when watching tv. The secure keypad entry to the building and the unit was great, eliminating the needs for manual keys. Communication with the owner was excellent. They were very responsive, including being open to a two-hour early checkin and one-hour late checkout. Thank you for the great stay. Cheers!

Essential Property in a Great Location

This place served as “home base” for the Run Rabbit Run race throughout Steamboat. It was close to everything needed and great for being right at the base of the ski resort. I could see how this would be amazing during the ski season (there is a gondola just a short walk from the property that takes you to the entrance of the resort). My only “negative” comment would be the directions provided by the host for some of the amenities (and one of the food recommendations). To be clear, better instructions or directions regarding the pool/hot tubs would have been appreciated. However, once found it’s easy to get to with just a short walk. Secondly, the location of the garbage structure was not immediately clear. Lastly, the recommendation for one of the food spots (Carl’s Tavern) seemed to be out of date (it said they were permanently closed online). However, these were mostly minor inconveniences at worst and I would happily choose to stay at this property again in the future.

We very much liked this condo as was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and the bed was comfortable. The ability to use the amenities at the Trailhead Lodge was a huge bonus. The location really can’t be beat.

Great location & amenities!

The condo was wonderful. Exactly as advertised in the listing. It was perfect for our family of 3. We visited in the summer and found the amenities to be the best part of our stay. The pool and hot tubs were perfect and the grilling area was great! It was a short drive to downtown, the ski resort area and more. If we visit again, we will look at staying here again!

Excellent property for a ski trip

The hosts provided us with all the info we needed for checkin and checkout in a timely manner and everything went smoothly. The property is lovely and suited our little family of four perfectly. The area in the entry for shoes/boots/jackets/etc/etc is really nice and keeps those things where they belong. The access to the nearby lodge and all of its amenities is great, and the gondola up to the base of the ski area is a game changer. Super convenient and saves a ton of time that is otherwise spent waiting for various shuttle buses to arrive. Steamboat has long been one of our favorite destinations for skiing, and we'll be back for sure.

Super-Nice Spot in Steamboat

Condo was in top condition, quiet, and conveniently located a quick walk from the Wildhorse Gondola (much better than a shuttle bus!). The unit has a well-equipped kitchen and updated furniture/decoration--all we could have hoped for. Thanks for a great stay!
