"Very kind staff and excellent breakfast. Those two combined made up for the lacking housekeeping and the weak internet in the room. Breakfast was awesome, and internet much better in the restaurant, so I might use that for online work and meetings next time around. Location is great - right next to the train station, and the bus connection to LHR airport is smooth :-)"

The hotel is currently being renovated, and that´s a good thing, because it is a bit worn down in some areas. Breakfast, which we had booked in advance, was the only disapiontment. There was a menu, and you could only chose 1 item from it! "
