I would highly recommend this hotel for first and foremost safety and the dining especially the lounge on the first floor that lounge is better than VIP lounges I've come across, a nice quiet getaway.. The staff are absolutely great, the food is brilliant excellent location. And a beautiful Mosque beside the hotel, it's fascinating to see...

"This was a fabulous hotel wotj outstanding customer service and simpky the most comfortable bed i have ever had the luxury to enjoy.The only downside was the very limited outdoor space around the pool for sunbathing and the way ot is fedigned there's also limited sunshine if one loves to sunbathe."

The windows in the room does not reduce the noise from the streets.
On hotels.com the room was booked with free internet, but I was charged for it upon my arrival (EGP 66).
The lights over the sink in the bathroom did not work.
The bath top drain could not open.
Strange smell in the hallways.

It has a wide variety of guests from all over the world. It has a nice italian restaurant. The breakfast is rich and nourishing and the service good. Make sure to book with a seaview.
