Hot Tub/New 3 Bedroom House/Walk to Beach

Welcome to Piper's Place. Our home is newly built (2022) in the heart of Stanhope cottage country and steps from the PEI National Park. We designed our cottage to provide guests the ultimate cottage experience. Upon your arrival you will find a bright 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that you and your family can call home.

Piper's Place is fully equipped for your stay. The kitchen has all new appliances, quartz countertops, and a bar fridge. The main bedroom includes an ensuite, king bed, and a private sunroom room. Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed while bedroom #3 has a bunk bed that can sleep 2. Other amenities in the cottage include A/C, washer & dryer, propane fireplace, 2 screen rooms, dishwasher, 65 inch TV, Bell Fibe wireless internet and a hot tub exclusive to you during your stay.

Piper's Place delivers you the best PEI cottage experience you are looking for. Your days can include early morning walks to the beach, cycling on the miles of paved trails through the PEI National Park, spending hours enjoying one of PEI's finest beaches, playing golf at Stanhope Golf course, meeting other visitors at yoga on the beach classes, participating in the many Parks Canada activities or just relaxing in the hot tub under the night sky at the end of the day while you plan your family's next day of PEI adventures.

Vacation at Stanhope

Relaxing home, well appointed, lovely hosts who supported us with gracious hospitality even when our teen tripped and broke their ankle heading to the beach. Served beautifully as our home away from home.

Best rental EVER!

The home is lovely and very clean. It is well stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, laundry essentials, etc. They even stocked the beverage fridge with water. But what made this the best rental ever, were the hosts. Prior to our trip they answered several questions. Susie met us at the house to show us around. She even suggested a place for supper and she insisted we follow her, since she knew we were tired from traveling all day. I could go on and on, but let me just say, on a scale of 1 to 5, the hosts and the home are a 10.

Perfect PEI

Piper's Place was amazing and even better then the listing states. The owners went out of there way to have everything required in a rental property. Their attention to detail is next to none. The Dillon's go above and beyond to have their guests enjoy their property. I would recommend this to anyone and if we are back to PEI, we would definitely be staying here again.

The 3 R's- Refreshing, Relaxing, Restful

We went with friends of nearly fifty years. Both couples were celebrating their 54th wedding anniversaries. We had a wonderful holiday at Piper's Place on lovely and unspoiled P.E.I. Both Susie and Mike were there to greet us, and to show us their bright and beautiful rental home. It was very well set out for two couples with quite private bedroom and bathroom areas and large and tastefully decorated common areas. The extras not mentioned in the descriptions were numerous-bathrobes, a wonderful treat basket, many basic kitchen essentials like olive oil, some spices, paper towels, foil, saran wrap, etc. We ate out one restaurant meal a day and cooked the rest which was easy in the very well-equipped kitchen. We were very central to many good restaurants and interesting spots to see and over-indulged in the fresh seafood! With Hurricane Lee threatening at the end of the week, our hosts contacted us to say they would help in any way including bringing us a generator, if necessary. Fortunately, it was not, and we left our beautiful oasis with many fond memories of a super holiday. We highly recommend Piper's Place!

Perfectly Pristine PEI

The property is even MORE BEAUTIFUL than the listing photos can capture! The most immaculate rental we've ever stayed in. The Dillons take such pride in this space and have thought of every last detail to make a group's stay welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing! Our group consisted of two grandparents, two parents, and two children under 12. The space was perfect for our group. The kitchen and great room are spacious and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed coffee on the screen porch off of the owner's suite in the morning and enjoyed many meals and games on the screen porch off of the great room. The great room had enough comfy seating for all of us to enjoy movie-watching comfortably. The kitchen has everything we needed for the week! Although we didn't cook a ton because we enjoyed so many of the island's restaurants, a group could easily prepare all of their meals in Piper's Place kitchen. The Dillons were incredibly helpful guiding us for our first trip to PEI-sending us updates throughout the months leading up to our stay, They were incredibly responsive to questions leading up to and during our stay. It was a trip we will never forget and are so grateful for all of the ways the Dillons helped make it so special!

A Perfect Stay in Prince Edward Island

We had the pleasure of staying at this immaculate new house in Prince Edward Island. The location is incredible, nestled in a picturesque area close to the water. We enjoyed many beautiful evenings under the stars. The attention to detail and cleanliness were second to none, the hosts (Susie and Mike) take great pride in maintaining their property. The house was beautiful and the comfortable furnishings made us feel right at home. Susie and Mike were amazing hosts. From the moment we made our reservation, they were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. They provided us with great suggestions on things to do, eat and see in PEI. Their recommendations truly enhanced our trip. Their local knowledge and enthusiasm made us feel like we were staying with close friends. Our family has so many great memories of our time in PEI. The house and hospitality of the hosts exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to return and create more memories.

Perfect four day stay

Everything is new in this beautiful, comfortable and serene rental. Our lovely host Susie was on hand to greet us, answer our questions and give us some tips for our stay. Most hosts don't greet their guests in person and we appreciated the opportunity to do so although she was very accessible by text. Everything you need is there except for groceries. We bought ours in Charlottetown about 20 minutes away. The weather cooperated fully! Sunny and hot every day. Perfect beach, cycling, walking, etc weather

Pipers Place is Fantastic

Beautiful property and home. Family of 5 plus grandma enjoyed the house quite comfortably. Evenings in the hot tub staring at the stars were the best. Little things such as the complimentary beach chairs, park pass, plenty of towels were very thoughtful and excellent touches. The central location is very good, close to major city, parks and tourists attractions. Really easy to get anywhere.

Wonderful PEI Vacation

Our stay at Piper’s Place was fantastic! Mike and Susie gave us a warm welcome on our first night, and were great to answer any questions we had about our stay on the Island. The house was spectacular! The beds were comfy to sleep on, the kitchen was well stocked with every kitchen utensil you could think of! We really enjoyed the fact that they provided 4 beach chairs, as well a beach umbrella for us to use! The location of the house was central to the island, which made touring around the island easy! We enjoyed the hot tub, and outdoor fire pit as well! All in all it was more than perfect, and we plan to come back again!!!

Excellent Modern Three Bedroom House

The property exceeded all expectations.. Super modern, super clean, quiet area, close to a major beach. Susie was also super friendly and quick to jump on any email/text I sent on questions. I Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a Stanhope PEI vacation.
