"The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street."

"Beautiful, large, old home, filled with hundreds of antiques, and a story for every one of them, I'm sure. You'd run out of time before you saw all of them. Really comfy beds, lots of bedrooms (some had private sitting rooms) and bathrooms. Nearly private driveway that winds through beautiful mountain scenery. We were there in winter and still saw tons of wild life..the birds! so many. Huge, old kitchen with some comfy chairs an eat in table and breathtaking views. A private bedroom wing, BUT...

"Our whole family stayed at this property while in town for a family reunion. We had a toddler and an infant with us and it worked great- the host provided two high chairs and the main living area was super kid friendly. Lots of little details (e.g., plenty of surge protectors/outlets for charging, cruelty-free soaps and shampoos) made this an easy and comfortable stay.And the views!! Just stunning. It was very hot (the house was cool) so we didn’t spend as much time outside as we would have...
