"Owners were very friendly and great at communicating ahead of our arrival. We had a fridge in our room, which was really helpful and the water and tea/coffee/biscuits left were lovely. The beds were so comfortable and we slept really well. The breakfast was amazing - really great quality sausages etc. would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area."

"Only spent one night here but our room was really good (modern and felt new). Had everything we needed and bed/pillows really good. It was hot night but expected it with the nice weather (room did have a small cooling unit and we brought our own fan). Nice bar and restaurant attached. Would stay here again next time we come to Haverhill."

"Har boet på swan hotel 2 gange, begge gange i annekset. Værelserne er okay, sengene gode. Der er ingen wi-fi i annekset. Pubben serverer fremragende mad. Hyggelig lille by, der er en rigtig god indisk restaurant lidt nede af vejen. En smule larm fra flytrafikken fra stansted. Alt i alt et fint hotel når man tænker på, hvor billigt det er."
