The spacious 120 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, one bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include WiFi and a TV. A baby cot and high chair can be provided.



Enjoy your own private balcony and access to a shared garden. Public transport is within walking distance. We recommend purchasing a Kärnten Card for convenient local excursions. The location is a great base for trips to Italy or Slovenia. Cycling routes, hiking trails, Gößnitzersee, and ski slopes are nearby. Other attractions include Raggaschlucht, the Mölltal Glacier, and Grossglockner.



Two on-site parking spaces are available. Families with children are welcome. Up to five pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present. Ski storage is available. Breakfast can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Please note that two dogs live on the property.
