"Had such a wonderful stay this weekend with friends! The room was incredibly cozy, clean, and well-maintained, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy our time. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the service truly stood out. We also loved the restaurant - great atmosphere and delicious, high-quality food. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend! "

"Our stay at the the bay was just what we needed,the apartment had every that we could possibly need and more welcome package was much appreciated, weather was lovely walk was good. The pub on site bit pricey but really nice to sit out. Would defiantly recommend and would book again for same apartment."

"I arrived at the Hideaway and was able to park right opposite the entrance to unload. I was pleased to find the accommodation wonderfully clean, compact but extremely well equipped and furnished. All the equipment was easy to use and the central heating was on with instructions detailing how to use. As we had a very cold spell with snow it was great to be able to come home to a warm space and to be able to dry wet coats. "Jacuzzi was out of order and pool cold due to broken pump. No complimentary breakfast or discount was given. Very disappointed as only booked that hotel over others for facilities and they were unavailable. 30 minute walk to get to the main attractions"

"Clean and cosy apartments with everything you need for a few days away. Great base to explore the surrounding area of the East coast. We enjoyed lovely walks a long the beach, Filey, Scarborough, Whitby and Beverly. "

"On arrival looked lovely but soon noticed cobwebs & spiders on bedroom walls near the windows. Dust behind the taps on the bathroom sink. The shower temperature is broken so it cant be adjusted. No hangers in the twin bedroom, only 5 hangers in the main wardrobe but wardrobes smell foisty. Pillows on all beds very thin & too soft (no spare pillows). Built in washer - cupboard door doesn't stay closed. To top it off in the twin bedroom, 1 bed had a brown mark on the top of the quilt cover! My son...
