"Friendly staff"

"Everything was easy and effortless. All amenities are near and easy to get to. Definitely a place I will go back"

"The whole experience was TERRIBLE as I reserved a room and when I arrived there was absolutely no one there . The doors weee all locked and the premises were so neglected that the grass in the front of the building was 3 feet high and the light for the Hotel was not on. It looked abandoned. "This is the first hotel we've stayed in that was super clean. The lobby, room, bathroom was immaculate. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Would stay there again. Close to our venue, Place Bell. The hot part of the breakfast was a pleasant surprise."

"Nice room, quiet location, easy access to metro"

"Extremely long check in time. It took 1 hr, not enough staff in the evening"
