Totally Renovated Summer 2023! Steps From The Pool And Beach

1 Bedroom 1 Bath. Sleeper sofa allows room for four guests. Very desirable first floor Oceanfront steps from the pool.

The Condo
Upon stepping into our slice of heaven you will have a view of beautiful Caribbean water and St. John Island. But that's just the begining. To your right is a fully remodeled bathroom with double sinks. To your left, a closet and dresser for storing your favorite bathing suit. Past the bathroom is the new king size bed for a comfortable night's sleep after a long day at the pool or beach. The sliding wood doors give you privacy from the living room or can be left open to awaken to the beautiful view.
Your living area consists of a dining table for four, a kitchen and sleeper sofa perfect for two children or 1 adult.
Out your double sliding glass doors you have a covered patio with table seating for four plus extra seating for guests that stop by for a drink.
Past the patio are two chairs for sunning near the condo, or walk a few steps to the beautiful pool area and beach. The pool has multiple depths to accommodate different levels of swimmers. With lots of lounge chairs to relax, take in the beauty and enjoy your home away from home.

The Bathroom

The bathroom has recently been remodeled with a sliding glass door walk-in shower and double sinks. Fluffy towels, both for showering and the beach are provided. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also available for your use.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for a meal in or wine and cheese before dining at one of the area restaurants. Including break resistant dishes and cups for safe outdoor dining with the kids.
There is a full-size refigerator and a four burner electric cooktop. While there is no full size oven, we do have a microwave/convection oven. It is able to both microwave and convection bake up to a 13x9 pan.
Also included are a coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender and an electric kettle.

The Patio

There is an electric grill on the patio. Also, on the patio is a box with an assortment of beach toys, pool toys and floats. Snorkeling gear is available but we ask that these be thouroughly washed and disenfected before and after each use. The chairs and toys are provided for the use of all our guests. Please return any items you use to the box on the patio.

Another great stay with our fabulous hosts!!

As usual Patti and Dennis had everything set for a great stay at Sapphire Beach Resort. This was our 3rd stay as their guest. We got to snorkel sapphire beach multiple days as the local beaches were limited because due to the rip tide warnings. We traveled around the island and spent a lot of time in red hook half a day on St. John with the car ferry which I am not so stressed since I have done it last vacation. The condo had been updated since our first 2 stays and the island is getting better since the hurricanes Irma and Marie I believe. This place is in a perfect area for night life in red hook and other day trips. We went out for a 3 hr trip on vi cat to buck island and turtle cove saw some of the turtles finally and other sea life and it was a guided tour with our snorkel master giving us great info. When we decide to come back to the island we will definitely stay again with Patti and Dennis. I have friends interested in staying here in the future and there’s nothing you need that they don’t provide except your food and drink.

Incredible Hosts and a Perfect Property

My boyfriend and I came here for my 30th birthday and this was one of the best places I have ever stayed. The hosts were incredible… I had previously messaged with them and let them know we were excited and it was a birthday celebration. I was so unexpectedly and beautifully greeted by the apartment decorated with balloons and a bottle of fizz! I was so grateful that “strangers” cared so much to do that for me. The communication with the hosts was impeccable. They had a storm which caused a power outage at the whole community. This triggered an issue with accessing the apartment. However, they immediately answered the call and the “problem” was solved so we could access the apartment right there and then. You cannot fault their service, especially with an issue outside of their control. Absolutely great management! The property itself is GORGEOUS! You walk out right onto the sand and have views of the water. In a few steps you can make it to the pool area. If you wake up early enough, you can catch stunning sunrises! The apartment is clean, well furnished and beautifully designed. I could not have picked a better location. I couldn’t recommend this apartment more… I didn’t want to leave. I highly suggest booking this apartment for your stay and you will not be disappointed! *delayed review because I got a new phone and couldn’t login to my account, but I wanted to ensure this property got the review it deserved*

Perfect family getaway!

Our family loved staying at this condo - nicely renovated with all the amenities we needed, including beach gear and towels which was a big plus! Just steps from the pool and beach. Property is great for hanging out on the beach with plenty of good snorkeling. Easy taxi ride into Red Hook for supplies; we enjoyed being able to prepare some meals in the condo. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Condo on Sapphire Beach

Very nice location on the beach and very close to the pool. Condo was very quiet. Everyyhing was in good working order. We would use this condo again.

Great updated condo at Sapphire

Had a short two night stay before we moved over to the BVIs. We have stayed in several units in Sapphire before and this one was definitely top notch. Unit was spotless and check in was a breeze. Patti even arranged for us to be able to check in a bit earlier. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was stocked with everything you would need for a great stay. Would book again if we were back at Sapphire.
