Why cram into a hotel room when you can have a spacious, 2-bedroom condo overlooking the Caribbean? Enjoy the wonderful views and breezes from one of the few highly sought-after 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos at our resort. Relax on one of 4 beaches, including our private beach at the end of the nature trail in the 15-acre island preserve. Three intimate pools and sun decks are nestled among the lush hillside, hidden high above the horizon. You'll enjoy "fun" dining at our 2 new restaurants. Sun and Sea (on the water), where you can literally dip your toes in the Caribbean! Oceans 180 which is more of a fine dining experience just a short distance with excellent views.

Some of the best snorkeling on the island is right outside your door! Scuba, jet ski, swim, or just take in the views from one of the prettiest spots on St. Thomas. While St. Thomas is the most convenient and commercial of the US Virgin Islands, our resort is nestled on the eastern side of island (near Red Hook), makes you feel like you're isolated in a tropical jungle paradise. A private beach, nature trails, wild life, immaculate landscaping, and most importantly, the best views and the bluest water on the island of St. Thomas, make our resort one of the coolest destinations in the Virgin Islands.

Our condo is in the Point Pleasant Resort property and its 15 beautiful acers of beach and tropical landscaping. We self mange our condo so we are considered independents, not part of the resort program. But as our guest you have full access to the property and all of its amenities. Pools, parking, restaurants, beach, all the hiking trails. You can purchase necessities at the front desk, but as our guest you will have to contact us or our local support if you have issues during your stay.

Awesome views!! I took a girl trip with 3 of my girlfriends and this was the perfect place! Beds were very comfortable. The on site restaurant was good. Everyone is very friendly! And the owner has been wonderful to work with throughout our stay and very responsive. Highly recommend! One tip I can give is to either rent a car or bring cash to pay for cabs and for tipping. You have to drive everywhere, and cabs charge per person. We found 1 cab driver that picked us up and took us everywhere. That's definitely the way to go!

Visited for 1 week over Christmas with family of 4 which included 2 college aged kids. The property was an excellent home base for all our adventures. There was a really lovely breeze front to back through the condo and an incredible view. The waterfront restaurant is really a plus! Food and service there was fantastic. Used both of the two upper pools and did some snorkeling from the beach. Staff everywhere were very friendly. Thank you!!

This condo is at the top of a hill with incredible views of Water Bay, Thatch Cay, St. Thomas, and on and on.Very nice condo close proximity to the ferry to St. John.Two great restaurants on property as well as pools.Wonderful time visiting!

We enjoyed our stay here. All directions were very detailed and helpful. Clean condo and easy access to upper pool area. You may want to drive to lower pool as it is a hike to get back up. The views were amazing and easy access to restaurants. Would stay here again!

Stunning Views and Comfortable Stay

My family and I spent 4 days and 3 nights at this wonderful property in St. Thomas and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay! The condo was immaculately clean and well-maintained throughout. The fully stocked kitchen was a major plus, allowing us to prepare meals for our family. The highlight of each morning was enjoying coffee on the deck while taking in the absolutely breathtaking views. We spent most of our time on the deck! It truly set a perfect tone for each day of our vacation. The condo is well equipped with snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers which was perfect for our beach adventures. It saved us the hassle and expense of renting equipment elsewhere. Special mention must go to David, the host, who was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy all that St. Thomas has to offer in comfortable, clean accommodations with stunning views and great amenities. Thank you David for sharing your home away from with us!

Perfect View

Our stay at David's apartment was wonderful. Check-in was straightforward, the view was spectacular, and the rooms were well-maintained and spacious enough for our family of six. Communication with David was seamless, and he was very responsive to our needs. Unfortunately, we were unaware of a scheduled power outage affecting the island, which caused a loss of electricity and light for almost a full day. I recommend checking the scheduled outages in St. Thomas before traveling to ensure you're prepared. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Beautiful Vacation Rental

The rental was clean and as described in the listing. The owners were very accommodating. We needed to shift our booking dates, and they went out of their way to make it happen. The resort (and St. Thomas in general) is very hilly and everything you need to get to is either up or down, but we got used to it. There is a shuttle to take you around the property itself and everyone was very nice and willing to help.

Fabulous View and great memories

The condo was exactly as described. Easy check-in and good communication. Mom with 2 adult girls and we felt very safe. We rented our own car and recommend the car to be size of jeep. We had large Pathfinder and hard to park but did it each day. The restaurant Sun and Sea was good and many fantastic places to eat. Overall recommend this villa and we look forward to a return trip.

This is Paradise!

We could not have asked for a better stay in St. Thomas. David and Shannon should be the model on how all hosts communicate. The property was amazing - so clean and accomodating. We loved everything about it. The views were stunning, and we didn't need for anything. The location is hidden away from the main resort so we had the pool all to ourselves. We love Red Hook which is so accessible as well as the ferry to St. John. This was one of the best stays we have had using VRBO. I wish every host was as superb as David and Shannon. When we return to St. Thomas next year, we will be checking availability here!!! A

Excellent place to stay in St Thomas

Highly recommend this place to stay for your vacation. Host provided lots of good recommendations for beaches, food, and activities. Was also very responsive for any questions that we had. Location is up on a hill with three pools on the property. There is a really cool nature path to walk around to check out all the sites around the resort. Excellent restaurant on site by the water. There is a fancier restaurant on site but with little kids we just got dessert to go (which was amazing). The condo has amazing views, was clean, had supplies needed for beach days, and worked well for having a toddler and baby with us. Will stay here again if able to come back!

Week away from the snow

Property was just as promised! Clean, neat, comfortable and an AWSOME view. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, ac in each bedroom was perfect, even though we did not need much of it with the wonderful breezes. Also, close and easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and an easy drive down to Red Hook to dine, shop and take the ferry over to St. John. Communication with David and Sarah was no problem whatsoever. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at your place! BT

The lights went out multiple times a day for multiple hours a day. We missed dinner reservations because we weren’t able to get dressed at night with no lights. You can only use one shower at a time so our two bathroom was limited 1 in a house full of girls. The restaurants closed early and at random so if we showed up at 9:30 we couldn’t eat. The shuttles smell awful and we’re missing door handles to get in. The secret trail to Margaritaville is filled with what I believe was poop with nats flying at your feet. Overall I definitely would say don’t book this resort. The shuttle drivers are the best part. They were all super friendly.

We had an amazing stay at your condo. The location was great for easy access to beaches and nearby towns. We have already decided that if we come back, we will be reaching out to stay at your place again. Gorgeous view, peaceful.

This was a wonderful place to stay for us, our adult son, and his girlfriend. Amazing views, very clean and spacious condo. We were very glad to have rented a car from "My Car Rental VI." The recommendations provided by David and Sarah were very helpful, their agent was immediately responsive when we had questions. Definitely recommend! The resort itself is lovely, slightly rustic, enchanting flora and fauna (iguanas and cats), peaceful. Per the description and reviews navigating the resort and accessing the pools includes steep hills with staircases: we did not try the shuttle service because we preferred hiking. The tiny private beach was a dream, some of us went every day for swimming, snorkeling and reading on the lounge chairs. Enjoyed the upper pool very close to the condo, and the middle pool -gorgeous-, did not try the lower pool. We spent a lot of time enjoying the stunning views from the condo itself. The lobby sold snacks and necessities which was convenient. We went to the lower restaurant /bar one night, they were packed, two hours until we were served, this may well have been a fluke, we all thought the food was delicious. Last two nights we went to Sudi’s up the road, no trouble getting a table, great fish tacos. Cooked/ prepared several meals in condo. Overall a glorious stay, would love to go back.

Wedding weekend in St. Thomas

We had the BEST time at David’s place! Point pleasant is in a fantastic location with incredible views. Everything you need is in the condo and there is plenty of living space for a group to relax and enjoy. The people on the resort are so friendly and helpful and will give you much needed rides up and down the hills. There is an incredible private beach on the property and Sun & Sea is my favorite place on the island. You’ll have the best time here!

Wonderful Vacation

Hosts/owners communicated extremely well with us guests. The condo comfortably accommodated four adults and two kids (2 and 5) and was exactly as the pictures showed, especially the terrific view. Resort was well-kept, the three pools were well-used, and the two restaurants were excellent (food, service and views.) There were several beautiful beaches and town of Red Hook within 15 min drives. We weren't expecting so many inclines and steps (totally vertical terrain) but we all navigated it without incident. We really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful vacation here--much recommended!!

Girls trip

Was a gorgeous place to stay. Views were amazing. Owners and property managers were very easy to communicate with. Loved our stay. Visited St Thomas, St John and Water Island. They were all beautiful. Amazing trip.
