Very quiet and secure.Well-maintained and nicely decorated apartment.The swimming pool was terrific.10-15 minute walk to the shops and fishing pier.Several very nice restaurants close by.Would absolutely recommend!

Peaceful and very simple

Great location and simple living. Enjoyed the food and lite shopping. Explored both St. Simon's (festival) pier and Jekyll Island (bike riding). Shannon the host was great, timely, responsive and proactive given Hurricane Milton was heading for Florida and possibly touching areas of he island. Thank goodness there were no issues. Very smooth check-in. The space was decorated beach theme, relaxing and fresh flowers and gift bag was a nice touch. There was a wasp nest on the patio, but we just sprayed it and it was all good. Enjoyed the private patio...even fell the asleep with the sun and the breeze. If back in the area, will definitely look for Signature Properties, managed by Shannon.

Perfect for a Couples Weekend

The unit was perfect for a two person stay. Plenty of space, very clean, well decorated, lots of little extras provided (beach towels, chairs, welcome kit, bike trail map, and more). Covered parking, quiet complex, but in close proximity to village and beach. We loved it and would stay there again!

Wonderful birthday getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at Seas the Day. We loved that it has a locked gate and it was so peaceful there. It was perfect for my husband and I. It was our first time at St. Simonds Island. We had a wonderful time. If we are ever back in the area we will try to book this condo again.

Amazing Rental Space

Communication with the rental agency was absolutely perfect and made me feel very safe staying at this rental. They gave us some great suggestions for what to do, where to eat, etc. while we were on the island. The room is stunning and very comfortable. It is only a mile or so from the Pier and very easy to access. The pool was really nice and the location in general was quiet. I would highly recommend this spot for your next vacation to St. Simons. Internet connection was very strong. There were a lot of extra linens as well. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

SSI July 4th Trip

I didn't give a 5 star because the shower head was completely covered in mildew. I cleaned with lysol wipes that I always travel with for this reason. The walls are super thin, I could hear an entire conversation like I was in the room next door. I could hear the toothbrush clicking on the sink after someone brushed their teeth among other things.

My husband and I loved our recent stay! We have stayed at other condos in the Salt Air Villa complex three times previously. The location is perfect and this condo was a favorite! We will definitely stay again.

Relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay over the Easter weekend. We were able to invite a few others and have an simplified Easter dinner on the patio. The condo was well equipped and the layout utilized the space perfectly.

Gem in St Simons Island

Seas the Day condo was fantastic! One of the best VRBOs I have stayed in! Looks just like the pictures but it was bigger than expected. The attention to detail was awesome! Cute decorations inside and outside, towel swan on the bed, a set of historical novels written about St Simons Island, two suitcase racks, single serve Keurig, nice beach chairs, plenty of bar soap, and a cute welcome bag with a bucket and pail, Frisbee, chip clip, snacks, guides for things to do and restaurants, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and garbage bags. Comfy bed! Smart TV with cable. The balcony was private and had comfy furniture. The pool was nice but we didn’t get a chance to use it. The condo was clean as was the entire building and parking garage. The parking garage is a little tight if you have a large vehicle. I have a full size truck and was able to get in and out. The parking spots are very long, we were able to get a small compact car and a truck in one. There are also 2 guest spots in the garage and street parking out front. I had a few questions during my stay and the owner was quick to respond. The location is ideal for visiting St. Simons Island. Everything is within a few minutes’ drive. We will definitely stay here again if we get a chance to come back to St. Simons Island!
