Nyligt renoveret Condo i Gated Fællesskabet, Pool og Fitness Center

  • For nylig ombygget to soveværelser to bad smukt indrettede condo. Denne stueetagenhed er i de ønskelige Harbour Oaks, hvor du ikke kan komme tættere på alt det St. Simons har at byde på. Til venstre er blot et par korte blokke Pier Village, hvor du finder alle dine spisesteder, shopping og sight seeing behov, herunder fiskeri mole, lyse hus og Fun Zone med offentlig swimmingpool og putt putt kursus. Til højre er du mindre end en halv mil fra de bedste strande på St. Simons ved Coast Guard Station. I denne enhed vil du nyde et rummeligt opholdsstue med trægulve, stort ombygget mester bad, nyt sengetøj og nye rustfri hvidevarer i køkkenet og et separat læsepunkt fra stuen. Fitness center, tennis og pool er placeret på stedet samt tildelt overdækket parkeringsplads. Golden Isles Reality is great to work with, very pleasant and most importantly reliable. The unit is beautiful equipped with everything you need. Well decorated in a tasteful nautical theme. I will say the carpets need to renewed. They are quite stained.

Loved the apartment. Plenty of room. Nicely decorated. Had everything you would need. Did not want to leave. Great place for the money. Beautiful surroundings. Want to stay there again next winter.

Our Peaceful But Close to the Action Condo

Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a quiet place where the grounds are beautifully kept like a garden and yet just a short walk down to the village, where you are in the midst of many restaurants, bars and the pier. The pier Village never ever gets old with the parade of people and dogs, always someone to talk to. The condo itself is large with two bedrooms and two baths. The furniture is elegant and sturdy, with comfortable beds and couch, a good easy chair. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The bedroom carpet does need a good steam cleaning.
