Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the house was as pictured. The house was very clean. We thought that the location was excellent, 10 to 15 minute walk from the pier and lots of restaurants/dining. If you travel during the off-season, be prepared for restaurants to close by 8pm. Exterior of the home could use some TLC. There were multiple deck boards that needed to be replaced. The fencing was falling apart in multiple areas. Be aware if you are bringing dogs with you that you should take them out on a leash so that they cannot escape the yard.If you were going to pay to have the pool heated, please be aware that it is a spa and not a hot tub. Pool and hot tub are unable to be heated beyond 78. We spent nearly 300 to have this heated for our stay and unfortunately, because the temperatures were in the upper 60s/low 70s we did not get to utilize the pool in the way that we had wanted. We did request that the temperature be raised, but were told that it could not be adjusted any higher. The listing also reports that there are subscriptions for multiple streaming services, which is untrue. There is a fire stick and Roku, but you have to log into your own accounts. We had to replace the batteries in the fire stick multiple times during our stay. Replacement batteries were not provided. Overall, for the cost of the stay and the ability to travel with our dogs, I think we would consider staying here again, but would definitely consider this a low/no-frills stay.
