This 350 sqm villa is in a peaceful neighbourhood a 15-minute walk from the centre of Saint Rémy de Provence. Single-storey and built in a “U” shape, it is set in 5000 sqm of grounds planted with rose-bushes and with a secure heated 12 x 6 metre swimming pool (barriers, alarm), a fishpond with a fountain, and a fully equipped pool house with a kitchen, a barbeque, a plancha, a sheltered lounge area, a shower room and a wc.
Tastefully decorated and beautifully appointed, it includes a spacious living/reception room with a fireplace opening onto a terrace sheltered from the wind, a kitchen with dining facilities, a fully equipped pantry with a second kitchen, and a conservatory with a dining and sitting area.
In another wing four air-conditioned bedrooms include a suite with a shower room and dressing room, a second suite with a shower room and study, and two bedrooms (one accessing the terrace) sharing a bath/shower room.
The property is particularly comfortable whatever the season.
