The house – not overlooked – built in 2008 has a living area of 90 m².
First floor: living room (living room and dining room), equipped kitchen and separate toilet with a sink.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds 160x200), bathroom, shower room and separate toilet. 3 wardrobes (155x60x250).
