The Primary suite features a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with twin at the top and full in the bottom and a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The unit sleeps a total of 5 guests total.

Living room has a large sectional Sleeper Sofa, huge flat screen TV and access to the private balcony - perfect for morning coffee and happy hour cocktails.

The kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances, and cookware for handling home-cooking with ease, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. The kitchen features extra seating for 3 guests.

The dining table also seats four guests.

As beautiful as the pictures are, it's even more enticing in person.

Other features include a stackable washer/dryer, a well-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and everything you need for some home-cooked meals, and WiFi throughout.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.
