These 4 bedrooms will BLOW YOU AWAY! Each have their own smart TV. The master bedroom has a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed, while the third bedroom has two full beds. The fourth bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed with a private ensuite bathroom.

There are 3 full bathrooms in this home. The master ensuite has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. The second bathroom (shared by the second & third bedrooms) has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The third bathroom is an ensuite to the fourth bedroom and has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.

The third bathroom also has direct access to the backyard, making this an easy-access bathroom right from the pool!

The kitchen is bright & open, with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast nook with a cute, small 2-seater bistro table. Super photogenic spot! With an open concept and bar top seating, it's a great kitchen for entertaining!

Just one room over is the dining room, which is bright and welcoming, with built-in bench seating. The formal dining room seats 10, and there is also a second dining table in the backyard.

This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors. We do not authorize any parties or events at this listing.
This home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a
private, fully-fenced backyard. Under NO circumstances will our guests be
authorized to trespass onto any of our neighbors’ properties.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

Pet Fee is $50 fee per pet, per night, max of 5 pets.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
