Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in St. Petersburg, Florida – the perfect place to unwind and relax. Recently renovated for your comfort, this home offers plenty of room to spread out and is just a quick 5-minute drive to the beach. As a fully stocked home, this is the perfect place for both short and extended stays.
Note, for those wondering, flooding from Hurricane Idalia was contained to the barrier islands. But, as is common in Florida, people got back to business and beachfront restaurants and shops have quickly been repaired!
**Living Area:**
- A large living room with a 55-inch Amazon Fire Toshiba Smart TV, ideal for post-beach movie nights.
- An inviting indoor sitting room for games or conversation.
- A screened-in porch with both seating and a dining table.
- A backyard patio featuring a fire pit, charming string lights, and a Char-Broil gas grill.
**Kitchen & Dining:**
The recently remodeled kitchen is fully equipped, even for the most discerning chefs. In addition to a small kitchen table for two, there's a dining room table seating six. Enjoy a refreshing breeze on the screened-in porch while dining at another six-person table. Or sit in the dining room which can also comfortably sit another six people.
**Bedrooms & Baths:**
This house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The bedrooms are set up as follows: king bed and pullout couch, queen bed, king bed, queen bed and pullout couch. Three out of the four bedrooms have TVs. Please note that there is an extra charge of $25.00 for each guest over eight, and children over two are counted as guests. We provide one pack 'n play, but please reach out if you need more; please be aware that the house is not child-proof.
There are 2 newly remodeled bathrooms, one with a shower-tub combo and the other featuring a stunning tile shower.
**Outdoor Area:**
The spacious screened-in porch boasts a dining table and a comfortable sitting area with two large ceiling fans. Connected to this porch is a back patio with a Char-Broil gas grill and a fire pit surrounded by charming string lights.
**Extra Amenities and More Details:**
Enjoy ultra-fast Wi-Fi and four TVs. Parking is available for up to four cars in the driveway and boat parking is allowed.
Both cats and dogs allowed with a non-refundable $150 pet fee. Backyard is not fenced in.
**The Location:**
You're just a five-minute drive from Madeira or Redington Beach, ten minutes to Treasure Island, and a quick five minutes to a public boat launch at Madeira Beach Marina. The house is 35 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 25 minutes from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport.
